Created 20 years ago by two childhood friends, Sushi Shop quickly ranked as a European leader in sushi preparation, delivery and take-away. At Sushi Shop, we have developed unique know-how in the creation of sushi, maki and other Japanese-style recipes, as well as a top-of-the-range, multi-channel customer experience.  

We now have, since the end of 2018, 172 restaurants, 64 of them in franchise schemes, in Europe (France, the UK, Belgium, Luxemburg, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal) and in the Middle East.
